The Lake Sarah TMDL received EPA approval April 25, 2011. The last phase of the TMDL project is to create an Implementation Plan for MPCA review and approval. The Implementation Plan details how the Commission plans to meet the load reductions in the TMDL and includes estimated costs and timelines for sequencing.
